Our workshop is located at E-77 in the MIDC. We do metal pressing here, so the place is always filled with the sound of big machines hitting metal sheets. It’s a very physical environment. You can see the stacks of metal sheets waiting to be fed into the presses and the finished parts piled up on pallets. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains from years of heavy work. We’ve been operating out of this E-77 plot for a long time. It’s a standard industrial layout with high ceilings to keep the heat from building up too much. The workers here know exactly how to handle the equipment. It’s a job that requires a lot of attention so nobody gets hurt. We don't have a big marketing department or any of that. Most of our time is spent on the shop floor checking the quality of the pressings. The office is just a small room off to the side where we keep the records and handle the orders. It’s often a bit dusty because of the industrial surroundings, but that’s just part of the territory. We start early and finish when the day's quota is done. It’s honest work, and the people here take pride in what they do without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been here in the same spot since the beginning and we just keep at it.
