We are located over at Hotel Vrindavan Garden, specifically X-125 in the MIDC area of Waluj. It’s a very industrial setting, so you’ll see plenty of trucks and workers around at all hours. Being in the MIDC means we are right in the middle of the action. Our daily routine involves a lot of technical talk about cans and packaging. It’s a noisy environment sometimes because of the machinery and the constant movement of goods. We don’t have a fancy reception area. It’s more of a functional space where we get things done. We spend a lot of time on the floor or in the small office area tucked away from the main heat. The heat in Waluj can be pretty intense, so we drink a lot of water and try to stay productive. It’s not the kind of place where you’d come for a quiet meeting. There’s always something being loaded or unloaded nearby. Most of us have been here a while and we’ve gotten used to the industrial smells and the dust. We handle a lot of logistics for the packaging, making sure everything is lined up for the next shift. It’s a straightforward operation. We focus on the production side of things and try to keep the machines running without too many hiccups. It’s just us doing our part in the big industrial chain here in Aurangabad.
