Transducers And Controls Pvt. Ltd. is found at C-15 in the Co-Operative Industrial Estate in Balanagar. This part of Balanagar is dedicated to small and medium industries, so we are surrounded by other businesses doing similar work. Our unit, C-15, is where we handle all the manufacturing and assembly of our products. It’s a practical space with high ceilings and plenty of room for the assembly benches. We have been in this estate for a long time, and we know most of the neighbors. The daily routine involves checking the inventory, setting up the tools, and getting through the production schedule. It’s not a quiet place because there is always some machine running or someone moving boxes. The office part is just a small partitioned area where we handle the mail and the bookkeeping. We don't have a fancy board of directors or a big corporate ladder. It’s just the owner and the staff working side by side every day. The furniture is old and functional, and the walls are covered with calendars and technical charts. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just make transducers and controls and make sure they get shipped out to the right places. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate and we all have to wait for the generator to kick in, but that’s just life in Balanagar. We stay busy and keep the work moving through the shop.
