Our operation at POLYMER Industries India Ltd. covers quite a bit of ground at Plot Number 160 and 161 in Phase-II IDA, Cherlapally. We have several sections like 160 A&B and C/D. It’s a large industrial area, and it can be easy to get lost if you don't know the plot numbers. We work with plastics and polymers all day long. The machines are big and they run hot. It’s a noisy environment, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't here to give you a polished sales pitch. We just make the parts and ship them out. Cherlapally is full of factories, so we fit right in with the rest of the industrial crowd. The yard is usually full of raw materials waiting to be processed. We don't have a fancy showroom or a lobby with coffee. If you come to see us, you’ll probably meet us on the shop floor. We’ve been expanding slowly, taking over more of the plots as we needed more space for the extruders. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially when there’s a big order to get out. We don't talk about being the leaders in anything. We just keep the machines maintained and the production lines moving. It’s a basic, honest way to run a factory. We are just a group of people making plastic stuff in Cherlapally. There's always a truck waiting to be loaded and something to do.
