Jaimata Associates

Jaimata Associates is based in Motinagar, at 203 Marries Projects. It’s a decent-sized office in a residential-commercial mix of a neighborhood. You’ll find us on the second floor. The building is fairly straightforward, nothing too flashy on the outside. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and some chairs for when people drop by to discuss projects. It’s usually pretty quiet in here, except for the sound of the keyboards and the occasional phone ringing. We handle a lot of different files and the shelves are pretty much packed from floor to ceiling. Sometimes it feels like we’re drowning in paper, but we know where everything is. We don't really have a fancy reception area. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see someone busy at a computer. We like it that way because it keeps us focused on what needs to get done. The neighborhood is nice because there are good places to grab a quick snack nearby when we take a break. Most of our day is spent coordinating things and making sure the associates have what they need for their specific tasks. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just help out where we can and make sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a small team, and we all pitch in with whatever is needed, whether it’s filing or answering the door.
