We spend most of our days over at the Ida Kukatpally site, specifically in Prashanthi Nagar Colony at 5-35/145. Rithvic Machines & Automation Systems Pvt. Ltd. isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It's mostly just a bunch of us working with machines and trying to get the automation parts to do what they're supposed to do. Some days the floor is covered in metal shavings and we can barely find our wrenches, but that's just how the work goes. We've been in this spot for a while now. People around the colony know us as the place where there’s always some humming noise coming from the back. It’s a practical setup. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we’re looking at a layout or ordering parts we ran out of last Tuesday. Our tea breaks usually happen right outside the main door where it's a bit quieter than the shop floor. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like the technical side of things and seeing a machine actually work after we’ve spent hours messing with the sensors. Sometimes we stay late because a project is stuck, and other times we’re out the door right on time to beat the traffic near the Ida area. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever mechanical or automation stuff comes through the gate. It's basically our second home at this point and we are okay with the mess.
