Synthesis Placemnt& Consultants is located at 23-56/B in Netaji Nagar. We are in the SBI Colony area of Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad, 500060. Our office is a busy little place. Since we do placement and consulting, there are always people coming in with their certificates and hopes for a new job. It gets a bit crowded in the waiting area, especially on Monday mornings. We have a few desks squeezed into the space and a lot of binders full of candidate details. The air smells like the incense we light in the morning and sometimes like the street food from outside. Dilsukhnagar is a very active part of Hyderabad, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. We aren’t a big corporate agency with a lot of polish. We are just a few people trying to help other people find work. Sometimes the internet is slow and we get frustrated, but we keep at it. Our furniture is a bit mismatched, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it doesn’t stop us from doing what we need to do. We spend most of our time on the phone or interviewing people who walk in. It’s a lot of work, and it’s often loud, but it feels good to be right in the middle of everything in Netaji Nagar. We've got a small water cooler in the corner and a stack of newspapers that are usually a few days old.
