We are located in Sri Venkata Raja Nilayam, which is Hig 13 in the New Shamshabad Residential Complex. This is out in Hyderabad, in the RR district. Since this is a government office, things usually run in a very specific, old-school way. We don't have any of those modern decorations or fancy furniture. It is mostly heavy wooden desks, metal filing cabinets, and stacks of paper files everywhere. We deal with labor and employment matters for the ministry. People come in with questions about their work or training programs, and we try to help them find the right forms to fill out. The residential complex is actually quite quiet compared to the noise of the main city center. It feels more like a normal neighborhood than a busy government district. We have a set schedule and we pretty much stick to it every day. We usually take our lunch breaks at the same time and chat about the news or how the weather is changing. It is not a fast-paced environment where everyone is in a rush. It is more methodical and slow. We have to follow the official rules and make sure all the paperwork is done correctly. Sometimes the building feels a bit old, but it does the job. We’ve been here in Shamshabad for a while now. Most people find us through the official lists or by asking around. We just do our work without any extra fuss.
