Leadskills Manpower Consultancy is tucked away in Flat 315, Block A of May Flower Park. Mallapur is a decent area but finding the right block can be tricky for people visiting us the first time. We spend our days looking through resumes and talking to people who need jobs. It’s mostly just phones ringing and typing. The office isn't very big, so things can get a bit cramped when we have a few candidates waiting for interviews. We’ve been in Hyderabad for a bit now, and we’ve seen a lot of people come and go. It’s interesting work because you meet everyone from different backgrounds. Sometimes the elevators in May Flower Park are slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We don't have a big HR department or anything, it’s just a few of us handling the paperwork. We try to keep our files straight but sometimes it feels like there is too much paper everywhere. It's not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular flat turned into an office space. We have some plants by the window that we forget to water occasionally. We just focus on getting people connected to the right companies. It’s straightforward work. We don't use any fancy software, just some basic lists and a lot of phone calls. It gets the job done and we like the quiet atmosphere here. The building has a nice view of the trees if you look out the back window.
