Effective Placements

We operate out of two main spots, one in Gurgaon and one in Hyderabad. The Gurgaon office is at House Number 52 in Sector 15 Part I, which is a fairly established area. Down in Hyderabad, we are located in Ameerpet, which is a whole different vibe with all the students and coaching centers around. Our zip code there is 500037. Having these two locations means we are often juggling things between the two cities. We do placement work, so our days are filled with looking at resumes and talking to people who are searching for new jobs. Neither office is particularly large or fancy. In Gurgaon, it’s a standard house-based setup where we’ve converted the rooms into workspaces. In Ameerpet, it’s a bit more crowded because that neighborhood is just naturally packed with people and traffic. We have files everywhere and the phones never seem to stop ringing. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to polish our image. We just do the work of connecting employers with employees. It’s a lot of back-and-forth emails and checking references. Sometimes we lose track of which city we are focusing on for a moment, but we manage to keep it all straight eventually. It’s just us doing our thing in these two busy hubs, trying to help people find where they fit in the working world without making things more complicated than they need to be for everyone involved.
