You can find Surya Teja Agro Foods at Plot No. 135 in Lakshmi Vihar, Nallagandla. It is part of the Serilingampally area which has grown so much lately. We have a small warehouse space where we process the food items. There is always a smell of grains or spices in the air depending on what we are packing that day. We have a few local guys who help with the loading and unloading. It is hard work, especially when the humidity is high. We do not have a fancy reception desk or a person to greet you at the door. Usually, someone just shouts from the back if they hear the gate open. We spend our days checking quality and making sure the bags are sealed right. The office part is just a small corner with a computer that is a bit slow. We do not spend money on fancy advertisements. Most people around here know us because we have been in Lakshmi Vihar for a while. We drink tea from the stall down the street and talk about the local news. It is a very grounded way of working. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our job honestly and get the orders out on time. It gets tiring but it feels good to see the trucks leave full. We just focus on the daily chores.
