Innoplast Ltd.

Innoplast Ltd. is located at Plot 41 in the IDA Mallapur area. It’s a pretty straightforward place. We have the main shed where the production happens and a small partitioned area for the office work. Mallapur is quite busy with all the industrial activity, so there are always trucks pulling in and out of the plots. We spend our days making sure the machines are running and the plastic supplies are stocked up. It gets quite hot in the afternoon, so we have a few big fans going all the time. The floor is concrete and shows a lot of wear from all the heavy lifting over the years. We aren't a massive corporation; we just have our set tasks and a small crew that knows what they are doing. We keep a logbook of everything that comes in and goes out, and sometimes the handwriting is hard to read, but we manage. There's a tea stall just down the road where we go for breaks. It’s a simple life, really. We just want to make sure the products are made correctly and the customers get what they asked for. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything, just a gate and a sign out front. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. We usually finish up the day by making sure everything is locked tight and the machines are off.
