Spearhead Technoligies

Spearhead Technoligies is located in the Bharath Nagar Colony at Migh-57. It’s a residential area in Hyderabad and our office is actually in a house. This makes the whole place feel very casual. We don't have a dress code or any fancy office rules. We just show up and get to work on our technology projects. The colony is quite peaceful with plenty of trees and not too much traffic. We have a small area where we keep our servers and another room where we all sit with our laptops. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time but we don't mind. We often order food from the local places around Bharath Nagar. There is a nice park nearby where we sometimes go for a walk if we’ve been staring at the screen for too long. We’ve been here for several years now. The name Spearhead makes us sound like we are very aggressive but we are actually a pretty quiet bunch. We just like to focus on our tasks and make sure our clients are happy with what we do. No one here is a big corporate executive. We are just regular people who know a lot about tech. We take care of our own space and keep things running smoothly without any drama. It’s a good way to work.
