Paramount Group

Paramount Group operates out of House Number 8-4-54 in Pavanpuri Colony. This is over near the Vishali Nagar post office in the Ranga Reddy district. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than being in a skyscraper. We’ve been in this building for quite some time. The front gate is a bit squeaky and we keep meaning to fix it, but it hasn't happened yet. Inside, we have our desks set up in the main living area. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we do. Most of us live nearby, so we don't have to deal with the long commutes you hear about in the city. We have a few fans going all day to keep the air moving because it can get stuffy in the afternoons. Our neighbors are nice people who have seen us grow over the years. We aren't a huge corporation with a human resources department or a cafeteria. We just bring our lunch from home and eat together when we have the time. The walls are covered with calendars and some notes we’ve taped up. It’s a very hands-on environment. If you come by, you’ll probably see us knee-deep in whatever the current project is. We don't really have a dress code or fancy rules. We just show up and get the job done. Sometimes we even work on Saturdays if there is too much to do. We keep a stash of extra folders in the hallway cupboard.
