We are based out of the Industrial Estate in Sanat Nagar, specifically at plots C-37 and 38. It’s an older industrial area, so it has that working-class feel to it. Oxeeco Oxygen Eqpt & Engg Company Ltd has been in this spot for quite a while. Most of what we do involves engineering work and dealing with oxygen equipment. It’s heavy work sometimes. The workshop can get a bit loud with the machines running, but that’s how we know things are moving along. We have a small office attached to the main floor where the paperwork stays. It is often dusty because of the surrounding factories, but we don't mind much. It’s a practical place for making things. People here know their way around the equipment. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just focus on the engineering side of things. The neighborhood is full of other small plants and workshops, so there is always some activity going on. We keep the gates open during the day and close up when the sun goes down. It is a simple way to run a business. We focus on the metal and the machines. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive, and other times we are rushing to finish a build. It is honest work in a busy industrial part of town.
