We are Nagra Mak Import & Export Pvt. Ltd. Our office is located at 16-125 in Sri Krishna Nagar. If you know Dilsukhnagar, we are right in the Sai Baba Temple Lane. It’s a busy little area, especially on days when people are visiting the temple. We’ve been here for some time now and it feels like home to us. The work we do involves a lot of moving parts since it’s import and export. There is always some document that needs a signature or a container that we are tracking. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s what we know. Our office is quite functional. We have desks, some computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We don't have a lot of decorative stuff on the walls because we are usually too busy to look at it. Sometimes the lane outside gets quite crowded with scooters and people walking, but that’s just the character of this part of town. We like being part of the local community here. We aren't some big anonymous firm. We are just a group of people trying to make sure goods get from point A to point B without any trouble. It takes a lot of patience sometimes, especially with customs and shipping delays. But we just keep at it. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute if we’re on a long-distance call.
