Balaji Milk Dairy

We are located at 301 Rock View Apartments on the Srinagar Colony Road in Panjagutta. It is a bit of an unusual spot to have a dairy business operating out of an apartment building area, but it has worked for us for a long time. Balaji Milk Dairy is mostly about getting fresh milk to the families living nearby. We don't have a giant farm with cows right here in the city; it’s more of a central distribution point and a small office space. Every single morning is a bit of a scramble. The milk trucks come in very early, and we have to get everything sorted and sent out before the traffic in Panjagutta gets too bad to move. If you know this part of town, you know how the roads get completely blocked by nine o'clock. We have a few delivery boys who know every little shortcut and back lane in the colony. They’ve been doing these same rounds for many years now. The office is just a small room with a metal desk, some old ledgers, and a couple of phones that never seem to stop ringing. We deal with a lot of households and a few of the local tea shops on the corner. We don't do any big advertising or have a website. Mostly, it’s just neighbors telling other neighbors about us. Sometimes we run late if the supply truck from the farm gets delayed, but we try our best to get the packets delivered.
