The factory is located over in the Industrial Development Area in Balanagar, specifically at No. 36A. If you’ve ever been to this part of Hyderabad, you know it’s mostly just rows of sheds and heavy trucks moving around. We spend most of our time out on the floor where the machines are. It’s hot and dusty, especially in the summer months, but that is the nature of the business. We have a small office section too, but it’s mostly used for filing and keeping the records straight. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven’t really found the time to deal with that yet. Most of the guys here have been with us for a long time. We know each other’s families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. It’s not a corporate environment by any stretch. We wear old clothes because things tend to get messy when you’re dealing with the materials we use. Lunch breaks are usually taken under the shade of the big tree near the gate. We don’t really do fancy presentations or use a lot of big words. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. The road leading up to the gate is pretty bumpy, so you have to drive slow. It’s a lot of hard work every day, but we are used to the routine and the noise of the machinery. We don't try to be anything we are not.
