Aishwarya Industries

Out in Kuntloor Village, we have our operations spread across plots 121, 122, and 127. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, especially with the roads being what they are in Haxathnagar. Aishwarya Industries is more of a collection of sheds and work areas than one big factory. It gets incredibly hot under the tin roofs during the afternoon, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done early in the morning. We make various industrial parts and it’s a messy process. There are shavings of metal and scraps of material everywhere you look. Most of the people working here are from the village nearby, so it feels more like a community than a cold workplace. We have a small office tucked in the corner of plot 121 where we try to keep the paperwork dry and away from the grease. The 'Nandal Rroist area is quiet for the most part, except for the sound of our machines humming along. We don't have any fancy marketing people or a sales team. We just make what people order and make sure it’s done right. Sometimes the power goes out and we all sit outside under the big tree until it comes back on. It’s a slow but steady way of working. We’ve been building this up piece by piece over the years and we’re happy with how it’s turned out so far. It is hard work but it is ours.
