Tasty

Our place is called Tasty, and we are located within the Sharma Resorts area on Anjar Road in Gandhidham. It is an industrial sort of town, and the road outside can get pretty dusty with all the big trucks and cars going by all day. We are not a standalone restaurant; we are part of the resort complex, so we get a mix of travelers staying overnight and locals who just want to drive out for a meal. The building is simple, and the dining area is set up to handle people who are tired from being on the road for a long time. We spend a lot of time making sure the kitchen is stocked up because getting fresh supplies out here can sometimes be a bit of a trek. It is a quiet spot most of the time, except when there is a big group staying at the resort for a function. We do not have a huge staff, just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. We know how to handle the busy shifts and the slow ones where we just sit and wait for the next traveler to arrive. The menu is just regular food that fills you up. We do not try to be anything we are not. It is a lot of work keeping a place clean in a dusty area like this, but we keep at it.
