Fresh Food Court

We started Fresh Food Court over at Plot no. 287 in Sector 1/A because we wanted a place where people could just eat without any fuss. Being near Gayatri Mandir means we see a lot of people coming and going every day. It gets busy around here in Gandhidham, especially during the lunch hours when the sun is high. We aren't a big fancy chain or anything like that. It is just us working in the kitchen and making sure things are ready for whoever walks in. Sometimes the orders take a bit longer if it's crowded, but that is just how it goes on a Tuesday afternoon. We try to keep things clean and the chairs are comfortable enough for a quick meal before heading back to work. Most of our regulars are folks working nearby who just want a break from their desk. We have been here for a while now and know most of the faces that walk through the door. It isn't always perfect. Sometimes we run out of a certain dish by the afternoon because we only make a set amount. We don't like wasting food so we just cook what we think will sell that day. If you are walking past the mandir, you will probably see our sign. It's a simple spot. We just focus on getting the food out and making sure the tables are wiped down for the next person. Nothing complicated about it. We are just glad to be part of the neighborhood here in 370201.
