You can find us at Shop No 2 in Guru Nagar, Gandhidham. We are located in the TBZ No 18 area, which is a place that stays active well into the night. Gandhidham is a unique place, and being here in Guru Nagar, we get a mix of all kinds of people. Our shop is quite small, mostly centered around the cooking area where we spend most of our time. It gets very hot near the stoves, but we are used to it by now. We also end up doing a lot of work that reaches over to Rajkot, so there is always a bit of travel and coordination involved. We don't have a big seating area or anything fancy like that. It’s just a counter, some stools, and the smell of oil and spices in the air. The street outside can get quite dusty, so we are constantly cleaning the counters. We start prepping in the afternoon and usually don't finish until very late. There’s no big philosophy behind what we do; we just make the food and serve whoever comes to the window. Sometimes the evenings are so busy we barely have time to talk to each other. It’s a tiring job, but we’ve been doing it at this spot for a while now. We are just a local fast food joint trying to keep up with the daily rush of the city and its people.
