Service Engineer

I’m working as a service engineer and I mostly handle everything through my mobile. It’s easier that way since I’m always moving around from one site to another. Respect sir, I just wanted to make it clear that I’m reachable whenever there is a technical problem that needs fixing. I don’t have a permanent office building where I sit all day. My work is hands-on. I carry my tools in my kit and go where the machines are. It could be a factory or a small shop. I’ve been doing this for several years now. I learned the trade by working under older engineers who knew their stuff. Now I handle the calls myself. I try to be straightforward with everyone I talk to. If a machine is acting up, I'll take it apart and see what’s wrong. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s what I know. I value the trust people put in me to get their equipment back in order. I don't use any complicated systems to track my work. It’s just me and my phone. If you have an issue, you just call the mobile number. I’ll pick up or call back as soon as I can. Most of the time, I’m covered in a bit of oil or dust from a job. That’s just part of the daily routine for me. I prefer being out in the field rather than stuck behind some desk in a room.
