Sr. Engineer

Working out of C.A.X-94 in Adipur is alright. We are pretty close to the Adipur Circle, so there is always something going on outside. The traffic in Kutch can be a bit much during the day, but we are used to the noise by now. Sr. Engineer is basically just a small team of us in this office. We don’t have a big sign or anything fancy like that. It is just a place where we sit down and look at technical drawings all day. Gujarat gets really hot, especially in the summer months, so we keep the fans going constantly. The office is a bit cluttered with old files and rolled-up blueprints that have been sitting in the corner for years. We try to keep things organized, but when you are busy, stuff just piles up. People from the neighborhood stop by sometimes just to say hello or ask a question. It is a very local vibe here. We usually start the morning with some tea from the shop down the road. It helps us get through the paperwork before we have to go out and check on the actual work. There is nothing special about the furniture, just some old wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days. We like it this way because it feels like home. We just do our job and go home at the end of the day. It’s practical work for practical people.
