It’s a unique part of the country to work in, being so close to the coast and the unique landscape of Kutch. Our office is a pretty simple setup. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or a big sign out front. Most people who need us already know where we are. The work we do involves a lot of engineering planning and making sure the associates have what they need. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation from a movie. We’re just a small team in Mandvi trying to stay busy and do things right. The air here has a bit of salt in it sometimes, and the pace of life is a little slower than the big cities, which we don't mind at all. We spend our days at the desks, looking at drawings and talking through the requirements of each job. It’s not always fast-paced, but we like to be thorough. If you come by, you might find us having a quick break or arguing over a technical detail, but it’s all part of the process. We’ve been at this for a while and we plan to stay right here in Kutch. It’s a good spot for us and the work we handle.
