Service Engineer

We operate out of Bhujodi Village, which is right near Madhapar in the Bhuj-Kutch region. It’s a place known for its traditions, but we focus on the technical side of things as a service engineer. The environment here is quite different from the big cities. It’s a bit more relaxed, though we stay busy enough with the local demand. We mostly deal with mechanical and electrical repairs for people in the surrounding area. Our workspace isn't anything special to look at, just a functional area where we keep our gear and work on whatever comes through the door. Kutch can be a tough environment with the dust and heat, so things tend to need a bit more maintenance than usual. We don't spend money on big ads or fancy signs. Most folks around Bhuj and Madhapar just know us by word of mouth. We try to get to jobs as quickly as we can, though sometimes distances in this part of Gujarat mean it takes a little longer to travel between sites. We’re just local people doing a job we know how to do. If something is broken, we take it apart, see what’s wrong, and try to put it back together. It’s honest work and it keeps us connected to the community here. We don't use a lot of technical jargon if we can help it. We just explain what happened and what it takes to fix it. It's a simple life that keeps us occupied.
