We’ve been here at Plot No. 244/1 for a while now. Being right on NH-8A in Mithi Rohar means there is always a lot of dust and trucks moving past the gate all day. It gets quite loud during the daylight hours, but that is just how it is around here. We started out small and mostly just kept our heads down to get the work done. The office isn't fancy at all, just a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. People come and go throughout the week, checking on their orders or just dropping off some paperwork. Sometimes the heat gets a bit much in the afternoons, so we keep the ceiling fans going at full speed. We don't spend much time talking about big goals or things like that. Mostly we just focus on whatever is on the desk today. If a client calls, someone picks up the phone. If a shipment comes in, we make sure it is put in the right spot in the warehouse. It’s a pretty simple way of doing things. Mithi Rohar is a busy place with a lot of movement, so being on the highway helps with logistics even if the noise is constant. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they are supposed to do. There isn’t a lot of oversight because we trust each other to handle the tasks. It works for us. We just keep showing up, doing the job, and closing up the shop when the sun goes down. It is just how we live and work.
