G.P.R.Engineering College

G.P.R. Engineering College is located on Nandyal Road in Kurnool, within the G.Pulla Reddy Nagar area. It is a pretty large campus compared to the local schools. Being an engineering college, we have various departments like civil, mechanical, and electrical spread out across the buildings. It is a busy spot in Andhra Pradesh, 518007. The students come from all over the region, so the hostels are usually full and there is always someone walking around the grounds. We have big workshops where you can hear the machines running during the day. The labs are where most of the practical work happens, and they are filled with all kinds of equipment that the students have to learn to use. It is not a quiet place. Between the classes and the projects, there is a lot of activity. The canteen is the main hangout spot where everyone goes to get some food and escape the Kurnool heat for a bit. We do not have a lot of polished corporate speak here. We are mostly focused on the technical stuff and getting through the syllabus. The faculty members are usually busy with their own research or helping students with their lab reports. It is a place for hard work and long hours in the library or the computer labs. We have been part of this landscape on Nandyal Road for a long time now.
