Nijanaduya Primary School

Nijanaduya Primary School is situated right within the Lfhs School Campus on Naal Road in Kumbakonam. It’s a busy area, especially with all the temples and the local market nearby. Being a primary school, we deal with the younger kids, so there’s always a lot of movement and energy in the halls. The campus is shared, so we have to coordinate with others, but it works out fine. We’ve got the 612001 pin code area pretty much covered. The classrooms are small and cozy, often decorated with drawings the students have made. We don’t have any of those modern glass partitions or high-tech labs you see in the movies. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of books. The teachers are usually busy helping someone tie a shoelace or find a lost pencil. In the mornings, Naal Road is packed with people, but once you step inside the gates, it feels a bit more organized. We have a routine that we stick to, starting with the morning prayer and then moving straight into the lessons. The building has some wear and tear, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. We’ve been a part of this community for a while, and we know most of the families who live nearby. It’s a simple, honest place where we just focus on getting the children through their early years of school without any extra drama or complicated rules.
