Tamago Mango Farmer Producer Company Limited has its home at No.1 on G.H Road in Kullanur Village. This is right in the Pochampalli post and taluk area. If you come by during the right time of year, all you see is mangoes. Our spot on G.H Road is pretty easy to find, and it’s always got something going on. It is a very grounded place. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in the office. It’s mostly just crates, some scales, and a lot of notebooks filled with dates and weights. The village life is slow but the mango business is fast when the season hits. We spend a lot of our days talking to the growers in Kullanur and the surrounding villages. It gets dusty and loud with the trucks moving in and out, but that’s the way we like it. We aren't trying to be some big international corporation. We are just local people who know a lot about mangoes and want to make sure the crop is handled right. Sometimes the season is great and sometimes it’s a struggle with the rain or the heat, but we just take it as it comes. It’s a lot of sweat and long hours on G.H Road, but it is what we know how to do. We just keep at it until the last crate is packed.
