Karthik Agro

We are Karthik Agro. Our place is located in the Sipcot-2 Industrial Area in Hosur. If you’ve ever been to the industrial zone there, you know it’s a massive place. We have our own spot where we handle all our work. Hosur is a busy town, especially with all the manufacturing going on. We like being part of that. Our building isn't anything special. It’s just a workspace with the right tools for what we do. We don't spend a lot of time on the computer or trying to look professional. We usually have dirt on our clothes by noon. That’s just the nature of working at Karthik Agro. The industrial area can be a bit overwhelming with all the trucks and the heat, but we’ve been here long enough that we don’t really notice it anymore. We started this because we wanted to work in the agro sector. It’s not a fancy tech job. It’s manual work most of the time. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to finish the orders we have and make sure they’re okay. The team here is small and we’ve worked together for years. We don't have any formal titles or anything like that. Everyone just does what needs doing. If you’re driving through Sipcot-2, you might see us. We’re just one of many businesses in Hosur, trying to make a living and doing our part every day. We don't mind the noise and the dust too much anymore.
