We are based in Puliyanoor, which is out near Singarapettai Post in the Uthangarai T K area. It’s a bit of a quiet spot, which suits us just fine. T S M C L isn’t some huge corporation with hundreds of offices all over the country. It’s just this one place here. Most days are pretty much the same for us. We come in, check what arrived in the mail, and get to work on the tasks at hand. The building is older and the paint is peeling in a few spots, but it does the job for now. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be there to help you out if they aren't busy with something else. The local tea shop is right around the corner, and that’s where most of our unofficial meetings happen anyway. It’s a very local feel. We know the neighbors and they know us. We don’t spend money on big ads or trying to look more important than we are. It’s just a group of us working in Puliyanoor. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. That’s just how it is around here. We handle things as they come and don’t worry too much about the rest of it. It’s a simple way to run things, and it has worked for us so far.
