Devi Furnitures Centre

Our shop is located at 27-12-6 on Alibaig Street, right in the Governorpet area. It’s a busy part of town with lots of other shops and people walking by all day long. Devi Furnitures Centre has been around for a while, and we mostly sell basic furniture that people need for their houses or small offices. We have chairs, tables, and some cupboards lined up inside. Sometimes we even put a few things out on the sidewalk if we run out of room inside, though we try not to block the way too much. It’s a bit of a maze in there with all the different pieces stacked up. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who handle the sales and help people carry things out to their vehicles. The street can get pretty jammed with scooters and autos, which makes loading furniture a bit of a challenge sometimes. We aren't really about the fancy stuff you see in big malls. We just provide decent wooden and plastic furniture for the local folks. Most of our customers come from the nearby streets because they know we are here and they don’t have to go far. It’s a simple shop with a fan that squeaks a bit, but it keeps us cool enough while we work. We just take it one day at a time here.
