You can find us over on Eluru Road, right near Sona Vision at Door No.28-1-40. It’s a pretty busy stretch of road, so there’s always people passing by. We keep a lot of our furniture out where people can see it, and sometimes it feels like we’re just constantly moving sofas and dining sets around to make more room. The sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the afternoons, so we have to be careful about where we put the more delicate pieces. We get all sorts of people coming in, some just looking for a new chair and others who want to furnish a whole house. It’s a lot of talking and showing people how things look in different lights. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just us here, trying to keep the place tidy and making sure the deliveries happen when they’re supposed to. Sometimes the trucks get stuck in the Eluru Road traffic, and we have to spend the afternoon on the phone explaining why things are running late. It’s just part of the job. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks through the door. It’s not about being the biggest shop in town, just about having stuff people actually want to put in their homes. We stay late most nights just to get the floor ready for the next day and make sure the accounts are done.
