Our office for Harikrushna Mechinetech Pvt. Ltd. is on the second floor of Shanti Nivas, which is located at 13/983 in Trikovil Lane. Finding us is usually easiest if you look for the Jain Temple nearby, as that’s the main landmark in this area. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, and the lane itself can be quite narrow, making it tricky for cars to get through sometimes. We’ve been working from this space for several years now. We deal with machinery and technical stuff, so our desks are usually covered in drawings, parts, and technical manuals. It isn't a polished corporate environment. It’s more of a place where we sit down and solve problems all day. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s families and what’s going on in each other’s lives. We don't have a big HR department or a fancy break room. Usually, we just eat our lunch together at our desks while talking about the projects we’re currently working on. The sounds from the temple and the street below come in through the windows, which keeps things from feeling too quiet. We don't put much effort into our "image" or marketing because most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. We just focus on the technical side of things and try to be as practical as possible with our designs and repairs.
