You can find Facet Academy For Career Empowerment in the Harsh Building. We are located on Varakkal Temple Road over in the West Hill area of Kozhikode. It’s a nice enough place to be, with the temple nearby and a bit of a local neighborhood feel. The academy is basically just a few rooms where we conduct our sessions and handle all the administrative bits. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. The Harsh Building is a sturdy old place, and we’ve made our space functional for what we need. Sometimes the road gets a little busy when there are festivals at the temple, but most of the time it’s just the usual local traffic. We spend our days mostly organizing schedules and talking to people about their career paths. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just do the work that needs doing. We’ve got some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of books and papers scattered around. West Hill is a good part of Kozhikode to work in because it isn't quite as hectic as the very center of the city. We don't use any big slogans or marketing tricks to get people to visit us. Most folks just hear about the academy from someone else in the area and stop by the Harsh Building to see what we are doing. It’s a very straightforward, honest kind of setup. We just focus on each person who walks in.
