Radix Institute Of Mobile Phone Technology

Our school is on the second floor of Vyapara Bhavan, right on Bank Road. It is a busy building with a lot of different offices and people moving about. We spend our days teaching people how to fix mobile phones. The classrooms are filled with small tools, magnifying glasses, and old phone parts for students to practice on. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We do not spend much time on theory; we mostly just get right into taking phones apart and putting them back together. Bank Road is usually crowded, so there is always noise coming up from the street. The stairs to the second floor can be a bit of a climb if you are not used to them. We have had all sorts of people come through here, from young kids to older folks wanting a new skill. The lighting in the lab has to be bright because those phone components are tiny. We often have tea breaks in the hallway during the mid-morning. It is a straightforward setup at Vyapara Bhavan. We are not doing anything fancy, just showing people the ropes of mobile technology. Most of the day is spent hunched over workbenches with soldering irons and small screws. We just help people learn a trade so they can go out and find some work for themselves.
