You can find us at Kallickal House in Melukavu, which is out in the Kottayam district. It’s a bit of a drive to get here, but it’s a nice area to work in. We aren't in a big industrial park or a city center. We’re just set up in a local house that we use as our office. Zapare is basically a group of us who know a lot about technology and wanted to start something of our own. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just see us sitting at our desks with our headphones on. We handle a lot of different tech projects. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we’re good at. We don't use a lot of corporate talk or try to sound more important than we are. We just take the tasks as they come and try to finish them on time. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed here. We take breaks when we need to and talk about things other than work sometimes. Kottayam is a good place to be based. It’s got a steady pace that we like. We’re just trying to run a simple business and provide for our families. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just put in the hours and try to be useful. It's just a regular tech job in a quiet part of Kerala, and that's enough for us.
