Nefthar India

We run Nefthar India out of Sruthy House in Thellakom. It is more of a quiet setup here compared to the big city offices. Most of the people who work here are locals from around the area. We started this because we wanted something of our own that we could manage without too much fuss. Thellakom is a nice place to be, it’s got its own pace. You won't find any big shiny signs or corporate lobbies at our place. It’s just a house turned into a working space where we handle our daily tasks. We deal with whatever comes our way each morning. Sometimes things are slow and we sit and have tea, other times everyone is running around trying to finish things on time. It is a small team and everyone knows what they are supposed to do. We don’t really follow a strict corporate manual or anything. If someone needs something, they just ask. We have been here at Sruthy House for some time now and the neighbors know us. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra stress you find in the bigger towns. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. It might not look like much from the outside, but we get the work finished and everyone goes home happy at the end of the day. It’s a simple life and it works for us.
