Our place is located at 12D in Changanacherry, right near the Teruna West Post Office. It is a quiet enough area most of the time, which is nice for a food business. We deal with agro products, so there is always a lot of sorting and checking going on in the back. The building is simple and doesn't stand out much, but we have everything we need to get the work done. We usually start the day checking the arrivals of the raw materials and making sure everything looks okay. It is not like a big factory where everything is automated; we still do a lot of things by hand and keep a close eye on the batches. The proximity to the post office makes it easy for us to find, and most of the locals know where we are. We have a small team here, and everyone knows their job. Some days it gets quite humid, which can make the work a bit tiring, but we just keep at it. We don't have a big marketing department or anything fancy. We just focus on the food products we are making and try to stay organized with our orders. Life in Changanacherry moves at its own pace, and we are just a part of that daily rhythm. We spend our time between the processing area and the small office space we have for the paperwork. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk.
