PVJ Constructions Private Limited operates out of Kandarappallil House in Manjoor P.O. We don't have a big commercial building with our name in neon lights; we just work from this house because it's where we started and it works for us. Being in Manjoor means we are part of the local community and we know most of the people around here. Our work is focused on various construction projects and we take pride in just getting the job done without too much fuss. It is a small team, often just a few of us sitting around discussing how to handle the next phase of a project. We spend a lot of time traveling to different sites and meeting with workers to make sure everyone knows what they are doing. Construction is messy and it involves a lot of physical work and planning, which we are used to by now. We don't use a lot of marketing jargon because we don't think it's necessary. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or friends who have seen our work. We just try to be practical and honest about the timelines and the costs. Sometimes the rains in this area slow us down, but we always find a way to get back on track. It’s a quiet life in Manjoor, but the work we do at Kandarappallil House keeps us plenty busy throughout the year. We just want to do a decent job that lasts and that our neighbors can appreciate.
