Puthettu Developers

We are based out of the Puthettu Building right here in Pala. It’s a family-run sort of thing, and we’ve been in the Kottayam District for quite a long time. Puthettu Developers isn't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know the local land and how building things works around here. We handle a lot of the local development projects, whether it's a small house or something a bit bigger. Pala is a nice place to work, though the weather can make building difficult sometimes during the monsoon season. We don't use a lot of fancy words or try to impress people with big presentations. We mostly just talk over tea and figure out what needs to be done on a site. Our office is pretty lived-in and there are usually blueprints spread out everywhere. We know most of the people who come through the door by their first name. It's a small-town way of doing business, which suits us just fine. People know where to find us if they have a problem with their construction or need to look at some land. We just try to do a decent job so that we can keep working in this community for years to come. It’s steady work and we take it one day at a time. We enjoy the local life here in Kottayam and plan to stay right in this building for the future.
