Cjs Haritha Homes is based on the 1st floor of the J Square Center. We are right near Matha Hospital in Athirampuzha, so we’re pretty easy to find if you know the area. Our office is a simple setup. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles because we’d rather put our resources into the actual homes we build. It’s usually just a few of us here, making phone calls and checking on schedules. We’ve been working in the housing sector for some time now and we’ve learned a lot along the way. Not every day is a win, but we try to learn from the mistakes and keep going. We don't go in for all those polished marketing lines you see everywhere. We’re just honest people trying to do a good job for our neighbors. The hospital nearby means there’s always a lot of activity on the street, which keeps us on our toes. We like being in this part of town. It feels grounded. When we aren't in the office, we’re usually out at one of our project sites getting our hands dirty. We focus on being practical and staying involved in every step of the process. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we take it seriously. We aren't some massive company where you can't talk to the boss. We’re right here in Athirampuzha, just working away like everyone else. That’s how we’ve always done things.
