Jaimatha Estates

We are based out of Monippolly, right near the post office. It’s a small place, so everyone kind of knows where everyone else is. Jaimatha Estates has been around here for a good bit. We don’t have a massive staff or anything, just a few of us making sure things run right. The weather around here can be unpredictable, but we’re always open. We handle a lot of different things related to land and property, but we don’t make a big deal out of it. It’s just work. Sometimes someone stops by just to chat or ask a question about a local plot. We sit down and talk it through. We don’t use fancy software for everything; a lot of it is just notes and talking to people face to face. It’s more personal that way. Monippolly is a good area to be in. It’s not too loud, which we like. We’ve got our files and our maps spread out on the big table. It gets a bit messy sometimes when we are busy. But we know where everything is. We don’t have a big sign out front, just enough so people can find us. It’s a straightforward life here. We just keep going, day after day, helping out where we can in the village area. It’s a long walk from the main road, but it's peaceful once you get here to the office. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else. We just take things as they come and try to stay organized.
