Perumalil Constructions is a local business based in Arunoottimangalam. You can find us at VI/165 B. It’s a quiet area in Kottayam where most people know each other by name. We’ve been doing construction for a while now. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we are some huge company from the city. We are just local guys who know how to build houses and walls. Kottayam has its own way of doing things, and we fit right into that. Our office is simple and we spend more time out at the sites than sitting behind a desk. Sometimes the humidity makes the work really tough, but we are used to it by now. We don't really advertise much in the papers. Usually, if someone needs something built, they just come by the office or call us because they saw our work down the road. It’s a practical way to run a business. We try to be fair with everyone and just do a decent job. There’s always something to fix or build in this part of Kerala. Whether it's a small repair or a bigger project, we just take it one day at a time. It isn't always easy, especially when materials get expensive or the workers are busy, but we manage to get through it. We’re glad to be working here in our own community where things feel familiar and straightforward.
