Nysa Structbuild Private Limited operates out of the Valayil Tourist Home building. Our office is Room Xiv/282C in Kalathipady, which is in the Vadavathoor area of Kottayam. It is a bit of a different place for an office, but it works fine for us. We have been doing structural work and building projects around here for a while. Kottayam is a busy town and there is always something new being built. We are not a big fancy corporation. We are just a group of people who understand the construction business. Building in Kerala has its challenges, especially with the steep land and the heavy rains we get. We just take each project as it comes. Our team is small and we do not have a dedicated marketing department. We just do the work and let that speak for itself. You will often find our office empty because we are all out at a site somewhere. We handle the paperwork and the planning from our base in Vadavathoor. It involves a lot of talking to different workers and making sure we have enough supplies. We have lived and worked in this area for years.
