Meledam Constructions (Opc) Privatelimited

Meledam Constructions is basically run out of Meledam House in Pochavassery. It’s a one-person company mostly, hence the OPC tag, but I have people helping out when the jobs get big. The address is KCP II/83, which is where I keep all the files and the equipment. I started this because I’ve been in the building trade for a long time and wanted to do things my own way. Pochavassery is a quiet place and it’s a good base for the work I do around the area. I don’t spend much time sitting in the house though, I’m usually out at a site checking on progress or talking to workers. Building things is hard work and there is always something that needs fixing or a problem that pops up out of nowhere. I don't have a fancy website or a sales team. If someone needs something built, they usually just come by the house or give me a call. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for me. I try to stay organized with the KCP records, but sometimes the desk gets a bit buried under blueprints and old invoices. It’s just a local construction business trying to stay steady. I’ve lived here a long time, so I know how the ground is and what kind of materials work best for the weather we get here. I just want to do a decent job and go home at night. It's been a long road.
