KOODATHIL CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are Koodathil Constructions, based out of Koodathil in Cheeranchira, Changanacherry. This is a family-run kind of setup, and we’ve been around this area for quite some time. Construction is what we know. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just take a plan and start building it. Most of our projects are right here in Changanacherry or the nearby villages. Our office is part of the Koodathil premises, so it’s very informal. You’ll usually find someone here, but we might be out at a site if the weather is good for working. We deal with all the usual headaches of construction—workers not showing up, prices of cement going up, or the mixer truck getting stuck in the mud. It’s just part of the job. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. Most people find us because they saw our name on a board at a construction site or because a cousin told them about us. We like it that way. It keeps things honest. We focus on making sure the bricks are laid right and the plumbing works. Changanacherry is a nice place to work, and we know most of the people we are building for. It’s not about being the best; it’s about doing the work we said we would do and finishing it eventually. We just keep at it every day.
