We are located at Villa 8 in Cinco Gardens, which is in the Vadavathoor area of Kottayam. It’s a nice, quiet residential spot, which makes it a good place for us to focus on our work without too much noise. Jugen Hospitality Services Private Limited is basically run from this small office space. We handle a variety of service tasks related to the hotel and tourism business. Being in Kottayam, we see a lot of people passing through, and we try to keep our operations straightforward. We don't have a big reception or anything like that; it’s just a room with some desks and a couple of computers. Most of the time, we’re out on the road visiting different sites or meeting with suppliers. When we are here at the villa, we’re usually catching up on the phone or sorting through the mail. The Cinco Gardens area is pretty peaceful, which helps when things get stressful. We’ve been in the hospitality game for a bit now, and we’ve learned that the little things matter most. It’s about making sure people have a place to stay that feels right. We don't use any fancy systems, just a lot of hard work and making sure we stay organized. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from answering calls to checking on maintenance issues. We’re just local people trying to run a solid service business for our community.
