Itc Hotel

This is the contact point for the ITC Hotel work, located down in Ramapuram, Kottayam. Shinto George is the one who handles things here at the Chelliyil house. It’s a very green part of Kerala, which is nice compared to the big cities. The address is in Amanakara P.O., and it’s a quiet place where you can actually hear the birds instead of just car horns. We aren't a big hotel building ourselves; this is more of a local base of operations. Most of the work involves coordinating things for the larger ITC group. We spend a lot of time on the phone or handling local logistics that come up. Being in a place like Ramapuram means things move a bit slower than in a place like Cochin or Trivandrum, but that’s okay. We have our own way of getting things done. The office is really just a simple room with the basic necessities like a desk and a computer. Sometimes the monsoon rains make it hard to get around because the roads get a bit flooded, but we are used to that. We just go about our business and try to be helpful whenever something is needed. It’s an honest way to work, and we appreciate the quietness of the surroundings. People around here know each other, so it’s a friendly atmosphere. We don't try to be anything we aren't; we just do our part for the hotel company from here.
